1 How are the fish packed for delivery?
Each guppy is packed individually in airtight bags, placed in thermocol boxes, and clearly labeled “Live Fish” for safe handling during transit.
2 What should I do if fish arrive dead or injured?
Please share an unboxing video within 2 hours of delivery. Based on your location, you’ll receive either a 70% refund or a free replacement (you only pay for shipping).
3 Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer COD. We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) and direct bank transfers only for secure and verified payments.
4 I’m new to fish keeping. Can I still buy?
Absolutely! We guide beginners in choosing the right guppies and setting up a healthy tank environment. Feel free to reach out anytime.
5 Do you ship to remote and North-East regions?
Yes, we deliver across India, including North-East and remote areas. Please note: refund policy for these regions is 50% or free replacement (shipping applies).
